At Scents n Brothers, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Return & Exchange Window

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. We believe this gives you enough time to try the fragrance and make sure it's right for you.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be mostly unused — at least 90% of the original content should remain. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.

Processing Time

We aim to handle all return and exchange requests within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your request or returned product.

Shipping Charges

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you’re exchanging a product, any delivery costs associated with the exchange will be your responsibility — unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In case you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, don’t worry — we’ve got it covered. We will handle all shipping costs related to the return or exchange of such orders. Just reach out to us promptly with photos of the issue.
